Talk about STUNNING. Nanook is absolutely breathtaking in person. This stocky boy is truly gorgeous. We believe that Nanook is an Olde English Bulldog. He very much resembles the photos in the old bulldog books. Nanook is very special and has captured the hearts of the entire shelter staff. It's easy to see why... upon seconds of meeting him, he had my whole heart. This big lug is a total softy and wants nothing more than a cozy lap to snuggle in. Nanook has a wonderful temperament and adores all people. He is very laid back and well mannered. He is also very eager to please. There is truly not enough words to describe the sweet soul inside those beautiful eyes. Nanook is very special and deserves to be in a home or curled up on a couch.....not stuck in a cage, running out of time......

Nanook is currently in foster care with other dogs and he does well with them. His foster home can not keep him long term however, so he needs to find a permanent home as soon as possible. He has been waiting for a long time and we just can't figure out why. He is WONDERFUL! If you are looking for a new companion to add to your home, please consider this sweet guy. He will spend the rest of his life thanking you for it.
