URGENT

Pep Love needs a new home. He was dropped off at our house when his owner went on vacation and never came back for him. We can no longer afford to take care of him or give him the love and attention he deserves.

Our other dogs are 13 years old and 11 years old. Peppy is a mature 8 year old, but he drives them crazy. All they want to do is lay around, but he loves to play and wrestle. He gets along well with our other dogs (other than being too playful), but we don't know how he would do with dogs he doesn't know.

As with most bully breed dogs, he would probably do best with a slow
introduction to a companion dog of the opposite sex. We ask that you be
committed to crate and rotate, if it turns out that he does not get along
with your dog. He does not like cats.
He is great on a leash, loves to go on jogs (and he heels well). He does
have a skin allergy, but we will send his ear medication with him. We will
take him to the vet before he goes to his new home so they can make sure he is up to date on all his shots.

We love Pep very much, but we have to give him up. We do not want to just give him to the shelter. We know Pit Bulls don't have a good chance there, especially seniors, but we want to make sure he gets to a home that is good for him. We will require a fenced yard in a city without BSL.

We also prefer someone that has bully breed experience. For any questions not answered here, please email Vanessa at vsimon_22@yahoo.com

After February 5th, if you can offer Pep a fur-ever home, please contact the Caring Hands Humane Society in Newton, KS 316.283.0839
